What’s your signature dish?
Admittedly, I am not a very good cook, but I am a very good baker. I enjoy making deserts, pastries, and baked goods, and have received generous compliments from friends and family.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We begin by asking what kind of menu the client would ideally like to have. This serves as a starting framework. We include consideration of any dietary restrictions or must-haves, any theme or other intentional purpose of the meal, when/what time of day it is to be served, how many are to be served, who the food is being served to, and what the budget is. These are the beginning elements to create a menu that is appropriate for the group. Also considered are the health promoting benefits and possible alternatives.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved that when I am successful, it's because my clients have been successful in accomplishing the plans and goals of their meetings and events as a result of my efforts to help them. When my clients "win", then I win and that gives me a great sense accomplishment - hence the name of my business!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have enjoyed working for my previous employers. However, I always wanted to have the personal satisfaction of helping my clients as a direct, trusted colleague rather than one who did so under other direction.

Our company focus and vision are based more on a holistic, success-driven approach. My personal motivation and values are to make sure that my clients accomplish what they seek to do with their meetings and events and maximize their R.O.I.. As a result of our mutual collaboration then, I will have succeeded and accomplished my goals. This is not a "job", and we are not profit-focused - that comes secondary. We are a meetings and events management company, not just a logistics company. Also, I have the 25+ year experienced flexibility to help clients either piecemeal or start-to-finish and have wide experience in the entertainment, finance, and medical fields as well.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Absolutely! Many of our activities are online and remote. We manage much of our business communications online and from home. While we are fully available to be onsite to personally assist when necessary, we can just as easily do so remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have no hesitations or issues with wearing masks if this is requested by our clients and we are fully vaccinated. We maintain the highest health and safety standards and would never permit unhealthy practices.
