Chef Ron did a fantastic job cooking for our neighborhood Christmas party! We had 120 guests and there was plenty of food! When I told him we had several neighbors who are vegan, he worked in some fabulous vegetable dishes! Everyone raved about the meal! The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked. 5 stars is not enough for Chef Ron. If you’re looking for an amazing caterer and he’s available, no need to hesitate or keep looking around. Chef Ron will not disappoint! He was 100% reliable, with great communication and flexibility before and during the event. Every single dish was super delicious. He and his wife were quick, professional, well-organized, efficient, packed up leftovers in our Tupperware, and left the kitchen spotless. Chef Ron was incredible! He came to our house and cooked for our intimate wedding of about 40 people. The food was OUTSTANDING! ! Highly recommend the piña colada meatballs for an appetizer! All our guests raved about his food. He and his sous chef were on time, efficient, and cleaned up before they left. Chef Ron was amazing to work with. From the introductory call, to helping us create a great menu, to follow up calls to get the detail right. Him and his wife showed up on our wedding day and instantly got to work cooking. He is truly a Chef with his delicious menu. Everyone was coming up to us and telling us how great his food tastes and we 100% agreed! I would definitely recommend Chef Ron because not only will he create the best menu ever, but he will keep you updated so that would be one less thing to stress about. Working with Ron was extremely easy. He was accommodating with the menu and came up with great ideas and executed them flawlessly. He pretty much took care of everything and left me to enjoy the party and not worry about anything. His wife was also outstanding and I'm sure a great help to Ron. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They also cleaned up everything and packed up all the left overs. The food by the way was excellent and all my guests were very happy as well. My only issue was they didn't hang around afterwards to enjoy the rest of the party. Thanks for everything Ron More...

Chef Ron came to my sister in laws house this past weekend in Ocala to cook for 35-40 people attending Dads 90th Birthday party…. And I can honestly say he was Amazing !!!!! Not only is Ron a really nice person… he quickly made himself comfortable in the kitchen, he cooked for HOURS without getting stressed or flustered, he chatted with people coming and going in the kitchen area, new plates of food were put out about every 45 minutes … and everything was DELICIOUS !!!! There was a really good variety of foods, perfect quantities… And the absolute best part of all was that Chef Ron cleaned up everything he used in the kitchen so there was no mess to clean afterwards !!! OMG!! OH!!! And I can’t forget to mention that he ALSO made up 2 incredible dessert bowls and put them in the fridge for us so that when the birthday cake wore off later in the evening we would have something to snack on!! Chef Ron is Amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is thinking about hiring him for their special event. More...
