Why is this review posted into Maxxi Building Security & Management's account? Is this a mistake or something done deliberately with the goal to destroy its reputation. We are a New York State licensed for armed and unarmed security guard company established since 2013 with a great reputation of professionalism and honesty to keep the criminals out . I stayed in this awesome place for a couple of days with family whilst attending an event in New York - The 2 bedroomed unit on 217th Street in the Bronx was clean and comparable to any good hotel. The room was comfortable and the wifi worked well and the TV with cable was nice. Pleasant, friendly staff and Comfortable Rooms in a great location with the train station, great eateries, grocery shops and a market within a 5 minutes walking distance. I without reservation, strongly recommend this place as it was quite comfortable! And also by courtesy of Maxxi Building Security & Management Inc. who manage the rental unit, snacks may be available plus a refrigerator stocked with essentials and a Keurig ready for tea, coffee or chocolate. What inspired you to start your own business?
During my career, l always worked to lead ,my business career started when l was in real estate and working for a property management that owns rental properties and hotels ,there, l was responsible for evaluating marketing ,planning strategies, working with all type of vendors ,taking care of the budgets and collecting assessments, coordinate maintenance of the common areas, and eventually overseeing security services that we have outsourced at that time , there, particularly l happen to deal with security and safety issues,to enforce the regulations set forth ,because in numerous occasions , l have had to deal with security and safety breaches ,l ended up to settle mostly for security and safety issues to serve the company ,this enables me to clearly understand the problem facing by the properties management .Most outsourced Security companies have been criticized by the public and the media to be unprofessional ,law suits have been filed against companies ,unnecessary litigation that can be avoided .Therefore my major goal at that time is to find problems and offer solutions that can actually best fit a business practice to project at that time my company image . To do so I took various security and safety management courses .After successfully serving that companies l worked for more than a decade , l was advised by friends and family to create my own security company which could be a design and extension of the real estate management , indeed this turned out to be an embarkment on the most significant journey of my lifetime. First l refine the security business creation concept, and identify the components of a strong business plan, and access the appropriate resources before completing the launch ,that is how in 2013 ,I created Maxxi Building Security & Management and then incorporated it . What sets Maxxi Building Security & Management Inc. apart from any other companies ,is the vision I have set forth to its humble start . Today, the company enjoys a steady growth .
