How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
For every client I work with, I push them to the highest level of challenge they are comfortable with. To reach a specific goal, a client has to challenge themselves continually, but they have to want to come back. I have found certain people in the fitness industry to promote unhealthy training habits that lead to unsustainable habits and goals. I strive to make sure that every client I work with has a plan that works for them rather than a plan that the trainer wants to work for them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, Hard work, and Patience! You don't want to wait for the right time to work towards your goals, but you don't want to rush it either! Overtraining and crash diets will work for a time. But they will cause burn out and lead fitness-goers right back to where they started.

I love getting to share my passion with other people!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want personal training to be a sustainable career for me because most of my life has been revolved around fitness. It's hard for me to imagine doing something else

When it comes to covid 19. I believe communication is key and adaptability is key so I can move training sessions online for those cases

The weight training services I offer are primarily targeted towards making you function better. I want you to be agile, efficient, powerful, and hard to injure!
I primarily focus on working with basic compound and isolation exercises used to increase muscle, power, mobility and strength

Muay Thai/Boxing/Kickboxing
I have been training striking based combat sports for over 10 years and have worked with professional fighters for most of that time. Some of the fighters I have learned from have been to organizations such as the UFC, Olympics, and other high-level promotions. If you want to learn how to Box or Kickbox, I can teach you with knowledge passed down from some of the best Athletes and fighters in the world
I can guarntee, you will feel way sharper with your boxing/kickboxing skills in 2-4 sessions
Weight Loss
As an athlete who competes in combat sports, I have to be proficient in losing weight so I can fall into a suitable weight category and maximize my performance. Weights, Martial Arts, and Cardiovascular training are all fantastic options for getting a ripped and lean physique.
If you want to simply lose weight, I can design a program for you that will shred weight amd get you the lean physique you want
Injury Prevention/Flexibility and mobility work
As a person who is a combat sports athlete, I have been through my fair of injuries in my life and I know how painful and mentally challenging injuries and physical limitations can be.
