We wanted to take the opportunity to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to Massive Dynamics for the outstanding service they have provided to us in our latest project, the relaunch of past business entity with a new purpose and name;
Word4Word Proofreading! We would also like to share with you what it has been like to work with the Massive Dynamics team.
With that said, we did have a previous experience with Massive for another personal website. It far exceeded our expectations, and the feedback we have received from website visitors has been satisfying and rewarding.
In both that project and the most recent one, we had the pleasure of working with Brian Smith, the principal partner of Massive Dynamics. From the very start, we felt that we were in good hands. In regard to the current project, Word4Word Proofreading, Brian met with us and got the full breadth and width of what we wanted to have with the site. He has a very good sense of business principles, the Internet marketplace and how to convey the complete objectives of the client. Before anything went down on paper and the screen, he made sure he had as much in-depth information of our business and our vision of how we wanted to present that information to our future clients. He wanted to succeed so we succeed! Massive Dynamics put us first, before anything else.
From there, Brian laid out the project verbally and in document form with the critical steps and timeline and the all-important associated costs. At every step, he reviewed everything with us and refined the new site until we were completely satisfied. As clients, we all have an idea how things should look, but Massive Dynamics is the expert, that’s why we engaged them. They guided our steps and made it possible for us to reach the best decisions with the best possible outcomes and a “Dynamic” website.
Regarding cost, they are very fair, and did some things beyond the scope of work promised, more than they signed up to do, value added. Again, they wanted to create a special product and put us in the best position to win!
Finally, it came to a most successful conclusion; a winning presentation of Word4Word Proofreading!
