In my first time it was really good So I took my friend with me for the second time It was very very bad for me they gave me someone with no experience and she hurt every part in my body Definitely not special one I wish I ask to replace her I don't thing I will come again. To be clear, after the massage I asked at the reception if the person who gave me the massage was new and the girl that was in the reception said yes she was in some kind of apprenticeship and I told her it was noticeable and it wasn't even professional and every second the other masseuse in the room stopped the massage for my friend and showed her what to do and how she did the massage with no desire and it was no fun at all and they didn't even think to compensate me for this experience which is the worst More...

I used to come here a lot precovid and moved back to the valley so I thought might as well! I get massages pretty often and this is close to my apt so I was excited to come back. I made an appt online which was easy and I will say the massage started out really well. I felt like she listened to what I said. It was less than half way through that it became not what I expected, not sure if she was just tired and kinda wanted to give up but it was definitely not what I signed up for at that point. In the beginning she asked where I want to focus and I said the shoulders, she asked if I want my legs massaged and I said a tiny bit yes. Well after she finished maybe 15 minutes on my back how I wanted, she then decided to make this a foot massage as she spent over half of the massages painfully rubbing my legs. I had to ask her multiple times not to do so much feet but she left coming back and just sitting there rubbing my legs, extremely painfully with her elbow as I kept telling her not so hard on the legs. She also was REALLY into stretching and I don't mean that slight stretch they always do, I mean making me get up and twisting me in all directions multiple times that I almost fell off the bed. I wanted to relax and not be putting in effort. So the massage was about 75% legs and stretching. Well when I saw we had about 10 min left, was when she fully gave up and just started shaking me or pulling on me, no massage whatsoever. If I wanted a foot massage I would've went somewhere else and paid much less. Also, this is the only time that I have ever got a massage and not been wiped down after, I felt covered in oil. When I was checking out I was asked how it was and I said, well it was interesting. No one cared to ask more details or even get me a water. I will recommend massage planet over and over and over again. Parking is amazing. You walk in and my massage therapist, Ann is the sweetest person. The place is very clean. I have very stiff shoulders and have strain in my legs, and Ann gets all the knots out. I always feel so much better when I leave. Pricing is MORE than reasonable. They've been helping my mom and I for years, we both have a long history of neck and back injuries and I have muscle soreness from workouts often that they do a great job of taking care of Jessie, Lyla, and Annie are amazing!

Good but not not accurate. Got serviced by Alex and was dissatisfied with the lack of deep pressure and effort and the key areas mentioned beforehand and overall result. I actually believe I left tighter and a bit more uncomfortable due to t he lack of time on my key areas that I had to book another appointment elsewhere. Also, Alex had too long of a warmup that lacked any pressure and once he finished I was still able to crack all the areas of tension I had before which was very displeasing given that was the reason for the visit. The absolute best massage parlor you're gonna find in the valley. The energy as soon as you walk in is calming and welcoming. Jessie, the manager, and the therapists couldn't be nicer! Just the sweetest group of girls! Then the massage!! Wow! I'm a frequent customer, either 1-2 weeks I'll try to see Rita or Maria, both beyond amazing and would highly highly recommend! For my dislocated hip and my schedule of Muay Thai along with working 10 hours/day, my hips need a lot of work done to relax them, never have I found a more relaxing massage than here! More...

Wow! Yesterday I had a massage with Alex at Massage Planet and I feel AMAZING. Best Swedish Massage I have ever had. The place smelled so good walking in, I was put into my room immediately, my room was clean and very zen and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
