What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We are full service accounting firm. We do accounting and maintaining your books and produce financial statements at the end of the month. Accounting also includes Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets.
We also offer Virtual CFO and Controller services which enables you to save on high salaries and benefits and not jeopardizing on quality and timeliness.

Virtual CFO & Controller Services
This service is cost beneficial to you. Services are provided with lesser cost of hiring a full time CFO or a Controller with all the benefits. Our service provides the same level of service if not higher level with our expert knowledge and tools. These services are provided remotely.
CFO services are more high level in managing the budgets, cash flows and reporting.
Controller services are managing A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and performing month end close of accounting.
Accounting
We provide full accounting of transactions with proper posting in general ledger to generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows) at the end of the month. These outsourced services are provided remotely from our offices.
Budgeting & Forecasting
We provide budgeting and forecasting for businesses. This service can be provided at the beginning of the year to develop financial plans. Monitoring and variance analysis can be performed on a monthly basis and can be combined with the Accounting services.
Payroll and Payroll Taxes
We provide payroll services nationwide and deposit payroll taxes at IRS. We also file quarterly/annual reports and also issue W-2, W-3 and 1099 at year end.
Sales Tax and Sales Tax Audits
We offer sales tax e-returns to the state authorities to stay in compliance with the requirements. We also facilitate in sales tax audits for a favorable outcome.
Financial Audits/Reviews & Compilations
We are a nationally recognized CPA firm and offer financial Audits, Reviews and Compilation. These vary in level of assurance provided.
Audits : CPA obtains reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatements. Analytical procedures, verification and substantiation procedures and understanding of internal controls are performed. An audit report with an opinion is issued. Audits are intended to provide creditors, investors and outside parties a high level of comfort on the accuracy of the financial statements. Audits involve the most time consuming.
Reviews : CPA obtains limited assurance and that no material modifications are needed to the financial statements. Inquiry and analytical procedures are performed. A formal review report is issued. Reviews are intended for lenders and outside parties seeking funding and gives a basic level of comfort. Reviews are more time consuming than Compilations and substantially less than an Audit.
Compilations: CPA does not provide any assurance that there are no material modifications that need to be made to the financial statements. This is to apply accounting and reporting expertise to assist management in the presentation of the financial statements. A formal compilation report is issued. Compilations are intended for lenders and outside parties that offers appreciation of association with a CPA seeking low level funding. Compilations service is least time consuming.
