How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Knowing what to eat and how to eat is the top priority to getting well and meeting your health goals. I tell my clients that each time they put food or drink in their mouths, they are either nourishing it or making it more toxic.
What do you love most about your job?
I truly love my job - it's so rewarding to help people feel better and have lasting results for healthy longevity
What inspired you to start your own business?
I faced the prospect of my own aging and didn't want to end up with osteoporosis and Alzheimer's. I became passionate about finding natural and healthy options to better address health issues. That's what I do every day
