Did the 5:30 seating for NYE - and as we had one person that has an allergy issue to certain ingredients - and - - there was a problem with the set menu (this was ALL on us - as we mentioned vegetarian - but, not the allergy) Â After some confusion and likely eyerolling about customers that spring surprises - they came through with alternatives that were acceptable and well received by our guest. The Perfect 10This is our favorite Restaurant! We travel a few times per year from los Angeles to stay at the Mission Inn specifically to dine here. This Year we spent New Years Eve at Marios. It was truly a top notch dining experience! Our favorite NYE to date! I cannot give enough accolades to Chef Leone and Andrea for putting on such a spectacular event! Every detail covered with a staff that moves in synchronicity about the Restaurant, creating a beautiful presentation of the 6 course, Fabulous Dinner. All Staff members are impressive. A special shout out to our Bus boy "Dixon"...he took care of our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our New Years Eve dining experience. Extremely polite and professional, Dixon took great pride in his work. The food here is outstanding, beyond excellent and melts in your mouth, it's unbelievable! First time here for dinner w friends before The Festival of Lights. Service was great a little slow but it is a high in Italian restaurant . Three couples we had 2 chicken dinners, 2 Salmon special, one Bolognese and one rigatoni. Each meal was delicious the bread is over the top to good. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five as everything is al a cart and the plates are very expensive $20 for a plain pasta dish 26 to 36 for something else. More...

Thank you Justin for going above and beyond with your service. Not only did he go out of his way to seat us as quickly as possible at the bar on a busy night, when we didn't have reservations but he made our entire experience still special even though weren't able to sit in the main dining area. As for the food, I ordered the penne pasta with ox tail and it exceeded my expectations. The only other time I've had ox was in Jamaica and it was just as good! My wife had their tortellini and she loved it ! All in all from the service to appetizers, wine selection and entrees we don't have a single complaint.A general tip though MAKE A RESERVATION. We didn't mind waiting for an open seat at a bar, but for those who do mind waiting long, make a reservation ahead of time and you won't be disappointed. More...

This was my second year hosting a Christmas dinner party at Mario's. 10-14 people. Â The service is always top notch! Â There isn't a bad thing on the menu. We took the train out to the Festival of Lights and stopped in at this restaurant without a reservation. The restaurant was packed, and no reservations were available. Fortunately, a party of four was leaving the bar (first-come, first-served seating), so we were able to grab those seats right away. Adam, our waiter/bartender, was absolutely fabulous and attentive as were the rest of the staff who made sure our bread plates and drinks never went empty. At Adam's recommendation, we started with fried calamari which turned out to be simply divine. Our delicious assortment of main dishes (chicken, beef, pizza and pasta) were all so so delicious and generous in portion. The best parts of this place is the band,the fresh hot bread and butter, and listening to the waiter list THEE MOST DETAILED AND FANCY specials of the day. Seriously, it's  a talent. The food presentation is gorgeous, but I honestly don't like a single thing on the menu. We've been 4 or 5 and I've never enjoyed my food. My boyfriend LOVES the lamb! Half size is the perfect amount of food if you’re trying to keep your carbs somewhat reasonable. And they even made me fettuccine Alfredo even though it wasn’t on the menu. And it was delicious! Also, if you ask for cheese, they bring it to you in a serving container freshly grated or shaved, so you can put as much as you want on your pasta throughout your meal. I wish all restaurants did that! I always feel like I never have enough cheese, and I didn’t feel that way here. My husband ordered the penne rigate and really enjoyed it. We had the opportunity to visit Mario's tonight. Let me tell you it was an outstanding experience. We were fortunate to have Aaron as our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and let us know o out the specials. He guided me through the narrowed choices and I selected the New York steak with potatoes and snap peas. The wine sauce was amazing. Â My wife had the Rosoto a specialty of the house. We also had pizza to share before dinner. Go figure. It was great. Nothing like you've ever had. Trust me on this. Taylor the assistant waiter enhanced the experience. My water glass remained full. He also distributed bread another favorite. He also cleared the plates in a timely manner. Â I heard this was the best restaurant in the inland empire. I truly believe that after tonight. We will definitely be back. The pan roasted chicken was amazing, didnt care for the pizza. However, great music, great wine, and best of all the server was fantastic. Only problem was finding parking.
