Just signed a 6 month lease and regretted it on DAY ONE!! After paying almost $7,000 in deposits and rent for a private office I arrived to find the carpet filthy and the walls needing paint. They had also switched the furniture out from what I had agreed to. After being very helpful prior to me paying, all Of a sudden Zulema Gonzales was ZERO help. I was referred to the location manager Jericka who just honestly doesn’t GAF. No customer service skills to speak of and low key nasty. Called Regus to try to get assistance but they ONLY offer a sales number. Once you pay you’re on your own, NO ASSISTANCE. I’m horrified by this experience with Regus. I expected much better. It’s Nov 3rd and I still don’t have the 24/7 access I paid for when I actually need to work this weekend…and they’ve had the audacity to send me another invoice already. Edit: Went to the office for the first time since signing the lease on Nov 1st and there are no improvements. Plus the reception ladies, who are part of the service I pay for didn't even say Hello, Good afternoon, nothing...This is crazy! More...

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Community Manager at the Arlington Highlands Blvd location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite negative for several reasons. Firstly, Customer desk did not provide the help I needed. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response. This lack of communication made it incredibly difficult to resolve my issues and left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Furthermore, when Customer desk did respond, her behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. Her attitude was not only unhelpful but also very rude, making the entire experience unpleasant. Today, she even cut the phone call in the middle of our conversation, which I found extremely disrespectful and the call was cut again when tried to call back. I had hoped for a much better level of service and professionalism. I do not recommend working with community manager based on my experience at the Arlington Highlands Blvd location. More...

Major Paperwork, LLC was very professional, fair, fast, and thorough. I have a small-claims-complaint, but the defendant (who is still in business) cannot be served notice to appear in court since the defendant moved, and is hiding the new address (and also removed the address from the business' website too).
The defendant refuses to complete the contracted work (and even admits to having a dysfunctional business at that time, and admits to leaving the job incomplete and poorly executed).
I tried for 4 days to find information via numerous background-search engines, but Major Paperwork, LLC found and provided the needed information in 24 hours (and for a VERY reasonable cost).
I would highly recommend Major Paperwork, LLC. and I will be sure (if needed) to contact Major Paperwork, LLC. in the future.
