Great job cleaning the deck, walkways, and both the front and back patios—we really appreciate it! Given the size of our space, we know it was no small task. However, please don’t let Eduardo persuade you into doing anything else. He tends to present himself as an expert in sealing driveways or repairing/refilling polymeric sand on flagstones, but it’s best to hire a professional for those jobs. The backyard, where he worked on refilling the polymeric sand, is actually in worse condition than before. After the rain, sand spread everywhere, covering the stones. He did return to redo the work, but after another rain, it made no difference. As for the driveway, he initially quoted a low price, then increased it, claiming a second coat was necessary to improve the appearance. One last point—since I asked him to come back and clean up the excess sand on the flagstone, he has stopped responding to messages. More...
