I couldn’t be more impressed with Maid Up Cleaners! I called to get a quote for a move-in cleaning after relocating from out of state, and from the very first conversation with Jess, I knew we were in good hands.
She was incredibly helpful, informative, and made the whole setup process super easy.
What really stood out was how much they genuinely care. Two days before the cleaning, we even received a follow-up call to confirm our expectations — something you don’t often see with other companies.
On the day of the clean, we were a little nervous (we’ve had hit-or-miss experiences in the past), but the two cleaners arrived on time, walked through everything with us, and checked in to make sure we were happy as they worked.
Needless to say — they knocked it out of the park! The house looked amazing, smelled fresh, and felt truly clean.

We had a company booked and last minute they cancelled on us. We reached out to Maid Up Cleaners to see if they could accommodate us for a last minute cleaning.
We spoke with a woman named Jess on the phone who was super helpful and explained the whole process to us and offered to see if she could squeeze us in last minute. After about 20 minutes she has given us a call and to our surprise they were able fit us in.
Once the cleaning team arrived we knew fate picked the right service we were intended to have. The were extremely friendly, thorough, and very detail oriented. They even asked for our feedback before they left to ensure everything was covered that we paid for before they left.
This was an absolutely outstanding experience for us. We will be using them again in the near future. Thank you guys!

From the moment we spoke with Jess on the phone, we knew we were in good hands.
She was incredibly informative and patient, explaining every option without any pressure to decide. We called back that evening to book, and the process was seamless.
Stephanie and her teammate arrived on time, walked through our home to understand our expectations, and got straight to work. We left for a few hours, and when we returned, it was like walking into a brand-new home! We have a few investment properties throughout Texas, Florida, in California. As you can imagine we have utilized cleaning services quite often as our property in Florida is an Airbnb property.
This service has been unbelievable to work with. Their customer service agent Jess was extraordinarily helpful and identifying exactly what our needs were and ensuring that the cleaning was going to be exactly what we were looking for.
Rachel and Jennifer showed up to our house and didn't outstanding job. I would highly recommend this team specifically as they had honestly gone above and beyond to ask quite frequently exactly what our expectations were to make sure they were being met.
