No stars for this company. I called ahead to book a DEEP Cleaning for a townhome in Rochester, NY ( I live in CT) that needed a thorough cleaning before being sold.
The day before the cleaning I was driving the 7 hr. trek from CT to NY, when I received a call @ 10:30 a.m. from Maid 4 Time saying they were "unable to honor the contract." I was 1/2 way to Rochester. I inquired why the morning before my appt. I was just getting this call & added " Did your entire staff quit?! The response..."we have had alot of our workers call in sick, I am so sorry." There was no offer of another date that this contracted job could be completed. I inquired how long the company had been in business & was told since 2006, I wondered how they could still be in business when treating customers in this fashion.
Upon my arrival in Rochester that evening (I left CT @ 7:30a.m.), I had to spend several hrs. trying to find a store that had a canister vaccum cleaner in stock & then, I had to drive to another store to purchase cleaning supplies. In all, I spent close to $400 on these items & was facing an overwhelming cleaning job as 1 person / bad knees, as opposed to the 3 people who were contracted to do this job. I understand that things happen & people get sick, but this late call & no offer to rectify this breech of contract is unexcusable & the reason for my comments & a NO STAR rating. Thus site requires a rating of @ least 1 star, so reluctantly I have noted that.

I used Maid for Time today for the first time. Besides being very personable, Gwen and Kelly, were efficient and did a great job, making sure everything was dusted, wiped off, and carefully replaced. Having a dog, hair is always around and they did a great job cleaning those areas as well. I am now looking forward for my biweekly cleaning, helping me to save time. Thanks! More...

I am preparing a house for sale and it hadn't been cleaned for the couple months I was emptying it. I saw a coupon for Maid 4 Time on yelp and called them right away. I spoke with Tina Servis, the owner, to set up the appointment. She was understanding of my timeline and incredibly accommodating. The day of there was a small mix-up of time with the team that was to come and Tina and the team took care of things professionally and with great understanding to make sure the job got done, and done well. I didn't feel like they were in a rush, but worked with great efficiency. They knew what they were doing. When they were done, the house looked AMAZING! The team of 3 were friendly. Â They showed up in matching shirts and a company van which tells me they have invested in their company to a level in which they are proud to get their name out. Â I was VERY happy with Maid 4 Time.
