I have tried different health and fitness programs; succeeded at some and failed at others. Maddie’s course was unlike any I have done before and in such a delightful way. She didn’t focus on the food and workouts and rail you when you fell off the wagon. She encourages you to admit to your faults and obstacles in order to help you back on the journey and find realistic paths to a healthier being. I even cried during our 1:1 and at the end of the series when I realized a few things about myself and my own journey. It was an emotional ride but one I’ll take with me forever! Training with Madison has been amazing!
When I started, I knew nothing about lifting and had zero confidence—I could barely squat with just the bar.
Now, three months in, I’m lifting more every week and feeling so much stronger and more confident. Madison has me doing all sorts of new exercises I never thought I could do before.
She makes the gym a fun, judgment-free zone. I actually look forward to our sessions because it feels like a workout and a hangout. She’s super encouraging and always pushes you to give your best.
If you’re nervous like I was, just go for it. Most of the time it’s just you and Madison, and even if others are around, they’re focused on their own thing. I'm excited to be learning the foundational skills I need to keep working out on my own in the future.

Madison changed my life! I danced in high school and college and then started taking cardio hip hop and Zumba classes in my 30s. I highly recommend working with Madison from Project Performance. I have been trying to stay consistent with working out for the past 3 years to improve my overall mobility and strength for relieving my back pain. I kept looking for multiple fitness coaches that promised me instant results with just stretching and foam rolling. This wasn’t the way to go because my back pain always seemed to come back, and I didn’t feel any stronger or more mobile. Yes, I can provide programs for people virtually, but if you are looking for a lot of help with form, you are probably best off working with someone in person! My most successful remote clients have been ones who mainly need help with programming exercises and nutrition, but who are already fairly confident in the gym.
