Had a late arrival to LAS and tried LUXY. Our driver, Paul Shropshire, went the extra mile to meet us at the baggage check with a sign and took great care of us. The Black Kaptyn Tesla X was very nice and clean. Paul (who I accidentally called Jerry a few times, sorry Paul ) was professional and very knowledgeable about the area. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All vehicles are sanitized between each trip and masks are required at all times by our clients and chauffeurs. We follow the recommended CDC Travel Guideline of 6-feet distancing and chauffeurs are not permitted to handle luggage unless wearing gloves or upon request.
