We randomly found Pink Bellies on Google Maps and could not have been more delighted with our choice.Our server was absolutely charming. He was running lunch on his own and somehow managed to be incredibly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu without ever making us feel rushed.And the food was every bit as good as the service. We ordered two of the house specialties — the OG Garlic Noodles and General Gerry’s Chicken — and shared both. The two of us finished everything. At first walking in, the place seemed pretty small being there is only about 7 tables. We were promptly greeted and sat. The lady serving us was very nice and helpful. There was 3 of us and we all got different plates. We started with collard green egg rolls, which were very tasty. One got the grilled shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. The shrimp was cooked and seasoned perfectly and was told the fries were really good. Another person got the Carolina bbq pulled pork plate with fried okra, goat cheese mac and cheese and potato salad. I myself got the Caribbean spare ribs with the fried okra, collard greens and potato salad. I must say that the meats were smoked nicely and the sides were on point. I enjoyed the Caribbean/southern fusion with the ribs. The sauce had a nice tangy, spicy and sweet profile. The food for the price was definitely worth it and the service was great. The owner, which was cooking as well, came out and talked to us and was very friendly and polite. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area again. I generally hate going to barbecue places because the barbecue is garbage that is trying to be covered up with cheap pre-made sauce. Good smoked meat shouldn't need barbecue sauce at all (I said need, you can still like sauce).Hey 27 is different. The food is spectacular. What do you love most about your job?
Introducing people to Charleston Food. I also like doing mix culture wedding with my mixed culture cuisine is fun.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted highlight Lowcountry, Gullah, and Creole cuisine to customers not from Charleston and also introduce my style of cuisine to those who live here.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are real people you can call the Chef, Catering manager directly. We will work a menu for any budget.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We have small venue for up to 8 people to do private Chef Table dinners for bachelor, and ette.
Includes wine local beer and maybe a good tap dance as I cook and plate your meal in front of you in my private kitchen.
We have also have a small restaurant that can host a private party of 60 people.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We now serve individually sealed and platted meals for any event. I also provide served buffet, and drop off and set ups.
All of my staff has all of their shots.
Full Service Catering
We and provide full service catering plated and buffet also now Covid service.
We also offer Drop off buffet service.
We bring in Chafing dishes hot food and serving ware.
Personal Chef Service
Chef Frisco comes to you location and cooks a meal for you and your guest or can do a drop off buffet service
We serve form 5 to 100 guest.
Drop off Catering
Drop off service consist of chef come in and set up buffet and serving ware and sternols to keep it worm then we leave.
Venu
Chef Has a small restaurant for parties from 2 to 50 people. This venue has its own catering and you can decorate.
We Provide Private dinners for 2 includes food service and drinks.
