What’s your signature dish?
My standout dish is undoubtedly my Grandmother's Italian meatballs. Whether served atop fresh fettuccine or on fancy skewers, these are authentic, traditional Italian meatballs cooked in a homemade tomato “gravy” sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I design the ideal menu for my clients by incorporating their preferences and my creative input. I aim to make it enjoyable by adding unique touches like signature cocktails and charming table settings that complement the themed dishes.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy bringing joy to people and witnessing their happiness when they arrive at their event. I appreciate the element of surprise when they encounter the unexpected and notice the intricate details. It warms my heart to see everyone at the event having a genuinely enjoyable time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At a certain point in my life, I felt the need to pursue something that brought me joy, and this endeavor truly does. I have been providing this service for years to my family and friends, and inspired by this, my company name is dedicated to my family.
