I have had ongoing issues with endometriosis, fibroids & ovarian cysts since I was in my 20's which led to multiple procedures and/or surgery finally ending with a hysterectomy a few years ago. It left me with scar tissue and what I would explain as neurological disconnect from muscles in my torso/pelvic region. Bladder control issues & inability to use/engage muscles in my abdomen properly. I also suffered from bouts of Vertigo. Jamie has helped me get my life back. I have been working with her a little over a year. Since then I have been able to get back to regular exercise, bladder issues are gone, low back pain gone and have lost 45#. I have had no Vertigo since I started working with her as well. I appreciate her expertise of pilates and as a physical therapist she has applied knowledge that helps you rehabilitate. This goes beyond any exercise class. I highly recommend Jamie. Her one on one and duo classes are surprisingly affordable for both her experience and the benefits you can receive.
