Originally, I was looking more for a physical personal trainer but after having a call with Josh and seeing what him and his team could do for me in comparison to the other physical Pt's I spoke with. .. I felt stupid saying no, so I went all in. I can hand on heart say that Josh and his program was by far the greatest investment of my life. The value for $$ is unimaginable. Virtual training, flexible, delicious but completely personalized nutrition and daily accountability. Not to mention the weekly check-ins and all the education, I GENUINELY know how to keep this 80 lbs I've lost, off forever now! If you're on the fence like I was, for the love of god, please just TRY and get on a call with them so you can AT LEAST see if it's for you. You can thank me later!! Personal Trainers

I have been working with Josh for 3 weeks and have already noticed a difference in my energy level and the way my clothes are fitting. I suffer from PCOS which means I can't eat certain foods and Josh had worked with many women in the past with PCOS so It made sense to try working together. Not only was he extremely professional and probably over qualified (if i'm honest), but the value he provided compared to what I've paid PT's in the past was unbelievable. I didn't know there was so much to learn!! I now have a completely different outlook on life and relationship with food and couldn't have done it with Josh and his assistant coaches. I was very skeptical before working with Josh and his team as I've tried so many different things which never really worked out but I can whole heartedly say that this was one of the best decisions I ever made. This was by far one of, if not the best decision of my life. I lost a total of 57lbs in a fun and enjoyable way where I didn't have to make extreme sacrifices! I'm now able to keep up with my 3 year old daughter where as before I would get tired and have to sit down after a few minutes. My only regret was not finding Josh sooner... Personal Trainers

I let this trainer know I was uninterested in working with them, and they have continuously harassed me since, and continued texting despite multiple requests for them to stop. I was not coming in for weight loss, but did not want to work with somebody focused on appearance. His messages include him saying "I feel sorry for the trainer who has to take you onboard."
I raised concerns about their fatphobic attitude and they said "I'm just tired of people normalising obesity to suit their social qualms." I am looking for training related to recovery from anorexia and am not obese in any way. If this trainer reaches out to you, I recommend not replying to avoid being continuously harassed.

I was very much on the fence when I first started looking for a trainer, but within our first initial consultation, Josh was very approachable and very catering to my needs as a 45 year old pre-menopausal woman. I have a very different relationship with food and exercise now and have dropped a total of 42lbs!! If you were anything like me and on the fence, I could not recommend Josh and his team of trainers and nutritionists enough. Before finding Josh and his exceptional team, I had tried everything under the sun… From weight loss pills, to juice diets and fasting. I tried it all, and whilst I would have a little success at times, nothing seemed to stick. Josh and his team worked closely with me to make a sustainable lifestyle change, rather than another crappy short-lived diet. In July 2021 I finally realized that I was very unhealthy and needed help with my nutrition and workouts. I was severely overweight at 275lbs and very unhappy with how I looked and would sometimes breakout into tears when I saw a picture of myself at that size. I reached out to Josh Williams and we started to chat about my goals. Josh's confidence in his ability to help me really got me motivated. He has taught me the importance of nutrition and how to work out the right way. I graduated high school at 220lbs and after working with Josh for 8-9 months, I now weigh 204lbs and love how I am looking and how I feel physically. Josh has been really great to work with! I can't say enough good things. My fiance started with him and was seeing noticeable results within a month so I started working with him too. The meals he sends keep me full but I've been consistently losing a couple pounds each week. The best thing is that it's trained me on exactly what I should be eating for my weight and height to be my optimal weight. The workouts are challenging but in a good way, I like that some days they are only a half hour but I'm still seeing more muscle tone in my legs and arms. Well balanced nutrition is the most important aspect of anyone's lifestyle or fitness goals. Too often people dive straight into exercise before dialing in their nutrition. It's great that they are making a positive start to their journey , but without correct nutrition in place, it may prove to produce very little results. If you're looking to build muscle, lose fat or gain energy, which in turn will improve your confidence and quality of life, then nutrition should be the very first thing you get under control. We teach our clients how to develop a healthy relationship with food and how to implement lifelong, positive habits for a suitable, healthy and happy lifestyle.

We start off by doing an initial fitness assessment, including injury prevention, medical checks and seeing what available workout equipment the client has access to, eg. Would they like to train at home or at the gym. We then help our clients achieve their fitness goals by personalizing specific training protocols to their body, goal and lifestyle. We don't believe in excessive, laboursome, boring exercise formats. Our goal is to give our clients time back by maximizing their results with minimal effort so they can focus on things they love. Once we begin training, our initial goal is to implement correct exercise technique so we can perform the exercises safely, yet effectively. Then, we want to track and monitor the workouts closely with a focus on progressive overload to ensure the client is progressing with each workout.
