My typical client is struggling with things like low self-worth, worries, toxic cycles, anxiety, hopelessness, boundaries, life transition, loneliness, confusion, divorce/separation, and relationship stressors. I work primarily with adults in person or through Telehealth.

I offer compassionate, professional, person centered therapy in a relaxed environment where you can feel safe and validated while working towards the goals in treatment.
