Meeka made our event absolutely perfect! It was our daughter's high school graduation - but the party was rather large with about 300 guests. I cannot say enough good things about Meeka - her great attention to detail, her understanding nature, her ability to just get the look/feel we were wanting, her flexibility in meeting us at the venue and speaking to us on the phone after hours, her amazing staff, and her complete excitement about wanting to give us the exact type of evening that we wanted! She is VERY professional and gives you multiple options to choose from according to your theme. I love sunflowers so she made sure that I got what I asked for. As we celebrated our little one's milestone, we entrusted the responsibility of party setup and decoration (our theme was "Lion King") to Meeka and we were very satisfied and pleased by the result. My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Leave it to Meeka for her graduation party. Right from the beginning, Meeka impressed us with her responsiveness and warm, friendly approach. She had a plethora of fantastic ideas to help us create the perfect party tailored to my daughter's wishes.

On the day of the event, Meeka and her incredible team arrived and effortlessly took charge of every aspect, from the decorations and delicious food to the setup of tables and chairs. They left no detail untouched. After the party ended, they promptly returned to dismantle everything and even took care of storing the leftover items, sparing us any post-party cleanup.

What truly stood out was Meeka's commitment to making the day special. She kindly offered to stay throughout the party to ensure the food stayed replenished and the venue remained immaculate, although we ultimately didn't need these services. Meeka was kind, communicative, great to talk to, and had lots of ideas and suggestions for my event! I never felt like I was pressured to do anything, but her insight from her vast experience in decorating for my wedding, even with some planning aspects (I only hired her for decorating service) was so appreciated and helpful. She was completely fine with me emailing her a bunch of ideas as they came to my mind, and she did make sure to keep in touch to let me know she was still working on ideas, amongst the many other events she's hired for. I wanted relatively simple decor with emphasis on a few important details or areas and she 100% delivered. I will say that I am a "plan everything months ahead of time" type of person (aka, opposite of a procrastinator) and of course, overall wedding jitters all culminated in me being nervous as time drew nearer for finalization of planning but I knew from previous reviews that Meeka has a lot of experience, including planning last-minute events. So if you're like me, who gets antsy when things aren't done super early, just take a breath and calm yourself, Meeka WILL deliver :)
I also asked her to arrange flowers for me and my bridal party (as well as simple boutonnieres for my family) and I LOVED how beautiful and vibrant they turned out! Overall, Meeka and her team were wonderful and I'm glad I hired her! More...

Meeka is detail oriented and easy to work with. We are a new company with lots of input, budget changes and questions. Meeka took planning our event in stride and outdid all of our expectations.

Meeka and her team did a great job with my bridal shower! I told Meeka my vision, which was a light summery lemon theme, and she was able to recreate it. I hired Meeka for my son's wedding to help with setup / takedown of the church and reception as well as being the "day of" coordinator. Meeka was a lifesaver for our wedding. We called her a few weeks before the wedding and she instantly made us feel at ease. Not only did she meet with us to cover the details of our wedding, she offered input, advice, and even some of her own decorations and add ins! Meeka made sure that every part of our special day was taken care of so that we could enjoy our day. She was there start to finish and everything was like a dream. Not to mention, my husband and I feel like we’ve known her for years- my family feels the same way!

Meeka is amazing! I did not end up going with her as a planner because my siblings asked to do it, but Meeka was the first pro that I got to meet and truly work with for my event. She was extremely responsive in the app and made sure she could accommodate my event timeline before even responding to my thread. Her pricing was very reasonable and her positive attitude was refreshing. She came out to the event site and walked through to make sure she fully understood what we wanted.
