Transiting through from Mexico to UK. Had purchased duty free in Mexico (2 bottles $100) which were sealed by security and unopened which I was told didn't fit in their scanner and would have to be disposed of. The TSA staff didn't give a dam and offered no resolution other than to leave security, go find a check in desk and have them check in a duty free bag with 2 bottles of alcohol. I explained I had never checked in at Philadelphia as I was transiting through however staff were so unhelpful. Questioned why there was no alternative machine or swab method available however was told they would not look at any alternative options. Pathetic service. Will avoid Philadelphia Airport for any future transit flights and to be honest with the attitude of staff I will avoid Philadelphia as a whole More...

My husband & I were in the airport waiting for our flight around 2-3 am....there were BIRDS flying and jumping from seat to seat. ..(because there were crumbs and Mac and cheese on the floor at one of the nearby gates). Who dumps Mac & cheese on the carpet floor in the airport? It wasn't a spill either it honestly looked intentional . The colorful leather chairs we found in the connecting hallway smelled like nasty body odor... didn't really have a choice to sit anywhere else though so we endured it... pretty gross... the only good thing about the airport was that TSA took 1 minute.. I love Philadelphia but they need some more employees or something cuz that place was ranky More...

How long have you been in business?
I been working in the cleaning industry for over a decade. Different cleaning companies in Philadelphia pa With the best one I worked for being team clean. Team clean actually put me on a site which was Penns-landing also as known as DRWC who later decided to hire me part time working as a custodian for the SPRUCE STREET HARBOR PARK AND WINTER FEST which I was responsible for keeping the rest rooms clean and trash area. A yr later DRWC hired me full time to work site operation which was a step up. Now I was not only cleaning the bathrooms but I was also doing minor repair. So over the years I worked as a custodian/site operation. So I was the cleaning guy with cleaning tools and construction tools on the cleaning cart.

Being able to leave smiles on the face of our clients for doing a job we love to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked most of my life as a custodian and over the years of being promoted and complimented for the great work I do I thought why not put the smile on the client face myself. Where the client can actually meet face to face with the people that's doing the great work and not just the person in charged.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have purchase New hand held sanitizing machine that we will use upon entering your home as well as leaving your home. This hand held sanitizing machine have a RMR/141 DISINFECTANT AND CLEANER which kills 99.9 % germs.
Basic cleaning
dDusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors in all room. Clean bathrooms including mirrors, toilets, shower and bath cleaning the kitchen includes wiping down appliance, counter tops, sinks and cabinets doors. washing and drying dishes and putting them away.
Deep cleaning
Cleaning under the furniture, wiping down ceiling fans and light fixture. Vacuum and clean upholstery, cleaning blinds, dusting individual decoration, sanitize trashcan and other surface, dusting lamp shades, cleaning baseboards, window frame and door frame.
Sanitation
Removing food and other type of soil for the surface such as a counter top or plate. Then your house will be sanitize with the ULV FOGGER MACHINE WITH RMR/141 DISINFECTANT AND CLEANER that we use. This process can be done fast... killing 99.9% germs.
Yard, Garage and Basement cleaning and clean out
