What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from watching my grandmother cooking, her delicious home-cooked meals from her homeland, Cuba
Event planning
Buffet-style catering: Guests serve themselves from buffet tables featuring a variety of dishes
Plated catering: Guests are served individual meals at their seats, with a predetermined dinner menu
Family-style catering: Large platters of food are placed on each table for guests to share
In addition to food preparation and service, I am responsible for several other aspects of the event. These services may include menu planning and consultation, taking into account factors such as guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and food allergies. As a caterer, I often coordinate with other event vendors, such as florists, photographers, and venue staff, to ensure a seamless experience. i may also provide necessary equipment and furniture, including tables, chairs, linens, and chafing dishes and handle the set-up and clean-up of the event space, ensuring that the venue is left in pristine condition.
