Kerri-Ann was the florist for my daughter's wedding at The Women's Club in Scarsdale, NY, a small 19th Century mansion. Because of the rain we had to hold the service inside unexpectedly. Kerri-Ann decorated the library as an alternative site with floral arrangements and a beautiful arch, which she later moved over the bridal table after the ceremony to further enhance the decoration which I did not even ask her to do. She decorated the couple's table beautifully with floating candles and a very large arrangement with lavender and white roses the size of softballs, and matching arrangements for the guest tables. The bridal and bridesmaid's bouquets in pale lavender and white roses were lovely. Kerri-Ann is a true artist. It was a small wedding and I had found that to be a drawback in hiring a florist for anywhere near a reasonable price at this location in Westchester, one half hour from New York City. She was prompt, quick and flexible, as, because of the rain, we had to move the ceremony inside and choose an alternate space at the last minute leaving her with a lot less time to set up. Seeing my brides and groom face when they see what they’ve envisioned come to life. It warms my heart to just be apart of their memorable moment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Planning my very own wedding. Planning a wedding is not easy. I want for my brides to know that everything will be taken care of. All they have to do is just show up and marry the love of their lives.
