What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is getting to solve new problems almost everyday, and getting to see the new buildings, structures, and designs our clients and our team come up with. I have also had the opportunity to inspect many of the older and historic buildings and structures in the area and to learn from what was done in the past.

Yes, we can provide most of our services online, however some things like site inspections are best done in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If an onsite visit or inspection is required we can provide masks, gloves, shoe coverings, and other PPE as needed
Structural Inspections
On site inspections of your structure or building for any problems from the foundation all the way to the roof framing. We do this for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, for homeowners and potential home buyers, for businesses and property owners. We also inspect retaining walls, raised driveways and bridges, basements, towers, steel framing, solar arrays, and stairways
Structural Plans
We can provide structural plans for your project based on your architect's design. These plans show the foundations, the framing, and any other structural components of the building. We have done structural plans for homes, apartment buildings, motels, hotels, offices, restaurants, bars, brew pubs, stores, gyms, machine shops, auto dealers, mechanics, farms, warehouses, solar arrays, stairways, retaining walls, and many other projects
Civil Plans
We can provide civil plans for your project. These generally show the earth work that needs to be done for the project. Including retaining walls, roadways, driveways, basements, foundations, site drainage, curbs and gutter, sidewalks, site grading, and any other work done on the ground
Architectural Plans
We can also provide architectural design work including planning, site development and code research, along with concept drawings and full architectural plans for your project
