Yes, it is actually preferred. Health Coaching is not me yelling at you while you work out. We will sit and talk through your goals, set plans, and increase your ability to execute the tasks needed for you to stay on your journey.

Covid-19 is a serious illness at Keen Wellness, we promote virtual sessions and heightened awareness.

16 sessions over 12 weeks covering the 4 Pillars of Heart Health.
-The Foundation(First 4 weeks) (2 sessions per week)
Week1 Exercise--incorporating exercises you enjoy to maintain a healthy heart
Week 2 Nutrition--establishing a diet that best fits your health goals
Week 3 Stress Management--Implementing techniques to reduce and manage stress levels to maintain a healthy heart
Week 4 Sleep--reviewing strategies to ensure a fulfilling night & sleep.
-New Habits Solidification (Weeks 5-12)
Accountability and Motivation (Level 1)
Keeping you spirits up and your focus trained.
Days of Workingout/Dieting--3 to 4 days per week of check-ins
Text based reminders and check-ins where motivation and accountability will be provided to help the client stay on track with goals and development.

Keeping your spirits up and your focus trained.
Daily motivation and accountability directly from Coach Ken. Client option of call, text, e-mail, etc.
No full 1-on-1 sessions but Coach Ken will provide some direction and tips for staying motivated and on track.
