How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We only make food we think is crazy good. We sit down with the clients and show them pictures of the food as well as all of our beautiful serving pieces which we include for free.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people say DAMN that was incredible and when we leave events people wanting to hire us again and again that is why we are usually booked.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Most caterers are not very good at their jobs. Most restaurants server pretty average food. We wanted to change that.
Why should our clients choose you?
We serve our food beautifully so when your guests walk in they will be wowed by the set up of the food. And then we slow cook everything over open fire so the tastes are so unique.
