I have expertise in helping adults address trauma, relationship difficulties with family or romantic partners, and problematic sexual arousal and/or behaviors. I enjoy helping clients develop a sense of personal power to enact the changes they seek in their lives. I have a particular passion for helping people who feel stuck or are caught in a shame cycle within any of these topic areas.
