I used Just Fence It to replace my backyard fence after talking to four contractors. Their pricing was competitive, and their service was very professional. The estimate included sample pictures, a layout, and pricing options (they could take care of permits, haul away dirt or spread it around, etc.). We hired Just Fence It to repair our broken gate that was installed by a different company who wasn't interested in doing any repairs. The fact that Just Fence It wasn't the company that installed the fence and was willing to do the repair in a timely manner made them stand out among their competitors. The price was a little on the high end in my opinion, but they made up for that by getting us on their schedule and completing the job quickly. It took just under one month at a peak time of year for them to come out and do the repair. They communicated well and when we weren't entirely pleased with the new custom gate they installed, they came back and fixed our concern in under 24hrs. I haven't dealt directly with Just Fence It but my neighbors and my family had to replace a shared fence. Just Fence It provided a reasonable quote and put up a solid fence in two days. But the installers failed to put the latches on the gates correctly. Both gate latches are on backwards. The latches lock from the outside - not inside our properties. Extremely happy with the product and service provided by Just Fence It. We had an old chain link fence replaced with a cedar/galvanized steel fence. It turned out better than we even expected. We requested an estimate from Just Fence It, they came out to our house and looked at the job we needed. We received the quote quickly via email, we then accepted the bid, such a nice easy way to set this up. We wanted to only replace an existing fence and because we have a pool and a dog, we were hoping to get this completed in one day. Two gentlemen came out to my house, removed the old fence and dug the new holes. We then had to wait for the village to come out and approve. The village came by around 1:00pm. I called JFI and let them know I had received the approval and was hoping/praying the guys could come back the same day to finish the job. As I mentioned, I have a dog and a pool, both need a secure yard. I couldn't believe when they showed back up around 3:00pm. They worked so hard to get the job. I was amazed. They always explained what they were doing, listened to my questions and completed the job. Everything was cleaned up when they left. They did an amazing job and the price was good too. Outstanding service...just fence it was able to do the work ahead of schedule... which is great !!! the entire job was completed to my satisfaction in 2 days. ..that's right...2 days to tear out the original chain link fence and in stall vinyl fence all the way around. The team was 100% in communication with me the entire time. We hired Just Fence It to replace a 190' fence with two gates around our backyard. When selecting a contractor for this project, they stood out in the pack of four bids with their excellent communication, detailed quote, and their pricing was right in the sweet spot for our budget. Jose and Ana answered all our questions, followed up frequently, and made sure to keep us up to date with the installation timeline. There was only a super small hiccup, the village inspector arrived before all the holes were dug and we failed the first inspection. Without asking, Just Fence It made sure to refund the additional fee and made sure we passed. We went with a modern horizontal cedar slat fence using PostMaster galvanized steel posts. I do not recommend this business. I need a fence replaced in the Chicago area and scheduled tentatively for this Saturday and we agreed to confirm the details this week. When I tried to confirm our appointment, Juan M said it was no longer available-even though I scheduled it over a week ago! He claimed that he did not have my phone number and refused to come give me a quote. Very sad. If that's how this company does business, I'm surprised that they survive! Absolutely amazing! The entire Just Fence It team is responsive and informative. I got five estimates for this project, they were not the least expensive, nor the highest. I selected the company I felt the most comfortable and confident with. Gaspar and Julio (I believe) were phenomenal. They figured out how to build around trees that I share with my neighbors. Wow , Start to finish they were amazing. I must have called 10 company's but leave it to Juan, Jackie, Ana and the Crew to deliver a great experience. Hands down no need to go anywhere else. On Monday evening 06/13/22 at 6pm. we experienced a Tornado warning in our area (Westchester Il) until 10pm. The Tornado did touch down and shredded through our backyard like a hot knife through butter. We sustained tree damage, and damage to our new vinyl privacy fence from Just Fence It. On Tuesday we spent the whole day cleaning up the torn branches and evaluating the damage. Our Fence was damaged on one side with gaps in the opening. I immediately contacted Jose from Just Fence It, and he responded that he was in the neighborhood due to other clients calling and would come by to assess the damage and look at a possible repair. Upon arrival Jose saw the damage and repaired it on the spot, no questions asked, and done within 30 minutes. My wife and I felt very relieved to know that once again we made a great decision with choosing Jose and Just Fence It for our home fencing project. What can I not say about Just Fence It. This company is Great. First off I'm a New homeowner and trying to steer away from the typical New home owner mistakes. We needed a vinyl privacy fence installed on our property before the summer, and before new and existing neighbors started easing out of their post pandemic hibernation. Jose came by and was honest and upfront with us about pricing, and never tried to over sell us on things we didn't need. Out of 5 other Quotes Just Fence It was the most professional & cost effective. Their group of 4 guys led by their Foreman Gaspar came out and got our job done in one day. Bad customer service. I asked them for a quote to install a fence and remove bushes. I get a quote only for the fence and only when I asked about the bushes they increase the price 2K. I asked them a question about an existing fence, their response is for me to get not only my survey but the neighbors survey as well. Finally I asked them to come back for 5 minutes, so they asked me to call the technician. I asked him and he tells me he'll call me back and of course no calls are given. Oak Forest was hit by a tornado on August 10,2020. Our six 50 year old maple trees came down and ruined parts of our roof, front window, gutters and  large parts of our fence. We called so many fencing companies , who never even returned our call. Then we called Just Fence It out of Melrose Park. They were very honest with us, about being totally booked. Jose did come out in early October and did a measurement. He also told us it could be 8 to 12 weeks.Our fence was damaged but it still kept our 2 greyhounds in their own yard. I honestly thought we were going to be on the Spring installation calendar. We received a phone call that said they would be here November 10. I expected a huge installation crew, but it was only 2 men Gustav, and Gustone. These two men worked so hard, digging out old posts, drilling for new posts, hauling off posts with concrete attached, hauling concrete to each and every hole. Around 5;30 a horrible storm blew up, and they were still out there. Such dedication.They came back this morning, and were here til almost 3, completely done.
