Scheduling was easy, and the gentleman who came out was very professional and polite. We discussed what we were hoping for in our space, and talked a lot about the types of plants, degree of maintenance, etc we were interested in. He got the plans back to us in a reasonable amount of time after seeing him. My only complaint was that we had talked about a lot of plants that we liked (succulents, kangaroo paws, etc) and he didn't include any of them in the plans. We ended up using his design for the side yard with a few tweaks, (we did the plantings on our own), and came up with our own ideas for the back and the garden boxes.
