Having a structured program that allows you to measure your progress week by week but have it set up in a way that allows you to actually enjoy the process every step of the way so you can do it long enough to see results.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote training. For in-person clients, cleanliness is is top-priority, Im pretty OCD when it comes to that. Also can wear mask if necessary.
