Before I met Joanna, I was not very confident - not because of how I looked, but because my stamina and strength were depleting due to being postpartum, taking care of my one-year-old daughter and always putting myself last.
I hired her because she has this initial meet and greet where she actually tries to understand your reasoning and aspirations from the training for near and far future; and understands you at a mental level rather than physical level and give you straight up realistic answers.The thing I loved most about her coaching was that it was never about "you need to do this specific workout", but instead what I felt most comfortable with, so that the workout didn't feel like a forced activity but it rather felt fun. She also recommended how to improve my diet slowly while working out, with the focus more on committing to consistent workouts, which were already a big change. She tells you while training what muscles/pain/discomfort to watch for so that I could stop the workout and prevent an injury by overworking a muscle.
Now I feel confident and committed to take out time for myself and do the workouts with proper form and posture. I didn’t expect to see the changes immediately as I was not ready to fully work on my diet part yet but to my surprise just training with her alone I started seeing visual differences and strength. I’d tell any woman thinking about working with her to be ready to have lots of fun while working out and have someone as a coach who will give you a more realistic approach on things rather than pushing you beyond your limits in order to achieve results which might later fade away because of not being consistent.

I started strength training with Joanna two years ago. As luck would have it, the last two years have been among the most challenging for me personally.
