What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Including & playing for your audience. Knowing how music feels, understanding your audience's vibe, and a crate full of respective bangers.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Live Re-mixer. I take full advantage of digital DJ decks during every performance to create remixes nobody has heard and may never hear again, particularly with techno/EDM, but also with Country, Top 40, Hip-Hop/Rap.
House of Pain vs. Nine Inch Nails, Ray Parker Jr. vs. Space Jam, Hozier vs. Queen, Bill Withers vs. Geto Boys, the music can't stop because I won't stop.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting paid to do what I love - helping people, making people happy, with both my technical expertise combined with my art. Whatever form it is, if you can get paid for your art, there is only love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hah. I don't think anyone is ready for the answer to this question, but I'll level. My J.O.B. swindled me out or both a raise and a huge bonus. I had to cover the gap. I didn't start JMAN Productions because it's easy, spoiler, it's NOT. I started JMAN Productions because I love it, and because I'm GOOD at it.
