I do my best to create a welcoming and comfortable environment because sometimes the work can be difficult and uncomfortable. I invite my clients to bring anything that makes them more comfortable to do their work. If you’re not sure of what that is we can work together to find some of those comforts to help in your day to day life.
I am trained in various methods for resolving trauma and building resilience for managing daily stressors including EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. My training in Integrative Medicine for mental health also allows me to make nutritional suggestions for improving overall wellness.
