They are amazing. I’ve used them for every occasion for the past 8-9 yrs. I’m terrible at planning so I’m always calling for deliveries for birthdays or anniversaries last minute and they always come through, even same day deliveries. Honestly, there are not enough words to describe how amazing Jennie's Flowers is! While planning my wedding, I worked exclusively with Rebecca, and man, was she everything and more! Rebecca is the total package -- super sweet, detail oriented, professional, accommodating, and responsive! Basically, everything a bride looks for in a florist! I sent so many emails and photos to Rebecca during the course of planning, and she never complained. In fact, Rebecca always responded in a timely manor, making the planning process a breeze! She even went to great lengths to make sure I felt comfortable with my floral selections, putting together a mock-up of our selections prior to official confirmation. How sweet is that!? When our big day finally arrived, Rebecca and her team worked their magic. I was truly blown away by how amazingly beautiful every arrangement looked! From the cake to the gazebo, everything was better than I could have ever imagined. Our venue was already pretty, but the floral arrangements took it to any entirely new level! We had a wonderful experience at Jennie’s flowers. They helped create a beautiful plant arrangement for the lobby of our office. We apparently have black thumbs and have had a little trouble keeping some of them alive. Lol the ranunculus bouquet that we bought from you today as an inspiration was a wonderful way for her to start thinking more concretely. After my previous review the owner contacted me. They apologized for the way we were treated and asked for a second chance. Reluctantly we did and very glad we did. The florist was very knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful. Thankful that we gave Jennie's a second chance. the receptionist was PAST unprofessional. We called to book a wedding consultation and her attitude so was unacceptable that we just said never mind and ended the call that she seemed more than happy to end. They came recommended by colleagues but I am not interested in dealing with someone who does not want to take my phone call. More...

Jennie's provided all of my wedding party flowers and delivered! My first meeting with Bob went very well and he was very attentive and easygoing about what I wanted. Throughout the days leading up to my wedding, I had many last-minute changes that I needed to make and each time, Bob was super gracious and accepting and even provided some of the changes free of charge. I had the most fabulous experience at jennies. I went in for a wedding consult My grandmother and I met with Rob. He was awesome. Listened to what I wanted, made some recommendations but nothing out of my price range. He gave me options and ideas and stood me not to worry when it came to changing things around (since I bought flowers before my venue). He shared some stories as my grandmother shared too many of her own (I love her). after all the extras my grandmother wanted and added we got the BESTTTT rate I could have ever asked for. I met with Lou to decide on my flowers and he helped me figure out which flowers fit within my theme and my budget and suggested flowers I hadn't thought about. I really appreciated how everyone I worked with at Jennie's was so knowledgeable and helpful. I dropped off some ribbon the week of the wedding for my hand-tied bouquets, including some ribbon from my grandmother's bridal bouquet and it meant a lot to me to have that special touch added to my bouquet.
