How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Convo about who, what where why and when. Likes/dislikes, allergies or intolerances. I then skillfully recreate menu into delish!
What do you love most about your job?
Serving!! And the cooking thing is fun too! I just really enjoy what I do!
