Let me start off by saying that I have only ever left two other reviews prior to this one; therefore, I hope you take my review as a sincere one as I genuinely want anyone who is seeking a personal trainer to find the best—and Jason is without a doubt the best.
As a very skeptical person, I pushed off working with a personal trainer for a long time due to the fear that it’d be a waste of money, time, and/or I simply would not like the trainer. As I know many have this same mindset, let me make it crystal clear that this was not the case at all with Jason. Jason is beyond knowledgeable in the gym, and he will hear you loud and clear on what your goals are. He will then make a personalized plan for you to make sure you see those results—yes, I am guaranteeing you results if you go with Jason and do as he says.
Feeling pain while doing a certain exercise? No worries! Jason knows exactly what you need to adjust to make that pain go away. Have an injury you’re worried about? No worries! Jason will happily adjust your plan so you're not risking further injury. I firmly believe Jason can make an efficient and effective plan for anyone!
Aside from a quality plan and workout, you are also guaranteed a good friend. Jason is a genuine and sincere person who wants the best for you all around—which is rare in itself. Moreover, he will make you feel comfortable in the gym and leave you wanting to constantly do better and be better. When I started working with Jason in November, I had initially planned to only do it for three months. Yet, those three months quickly turned into five, and we are still going! The good atmosphere Jason creates with all his clients will have you never wanting to leave! So, I guess there's one downside of working with Jason, once you start, who knows if you’ll want to stop!
I strongly recommend going with Jason Bai if you are looking for a trainer that not only can guarantee you results but also sincerely cares for you and your wellbeing.

I’ve been training with Jason for about a year, and the results have been incredible. In that time, I’ve gained 15 pounds of muscle and completely transformed my physique.
As a result, I now need to buy new dress shirts because my triceps have literally busted through the sleeves and created holes in them.
He’s a genuinely nice guy who creates a positive environment in the gym, but he also knows how to push you when it matters. If you show up and are dedicated, he’ll match your effort and keep you progressing. His programming is smart, focused on real results, and he does a great job motivating people to stay consistent.
