How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We first perform a baseline assessment whoch includes checking posture, active range of motion tests, strength, and some aerbic tests if required. I dive deeper into figuring out all the other variables that go into your lifestyle (sleep, nutrition, recovery, and atress).
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Showing up on the days you dont want to workout and still goving it your 100%. Even if you are sore, there are still ways to progress each session.
What do you love most about your job?
Not only pushing people past their percieved limits, but also the bond we create in the journey. I also dont consider it a job as much as I consider it a passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Understanding my own value to others and how I could reach a bigger audience with my own control.

I do provide both virtual training and online programming at more affordable prices compared to my in-person training options.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Making sure that regardless of vaccination status (I am vaccinated), if you feel remotely under the weather, we take full precaution and cancel the session. It not only keeps me safe, but my other clients as well.
In-Person Private Training
Private personal training sessions dedicated around your goals (weight loss, building muscle, aerobic conditioning, sports performance, or injury prevention). These sessions can be conducted either at your residence (based on location and scheduling), an independent training facility, or outdoors.
Virtual Personal Training Sessions
Train in the convenience of your own residence with virtual training. Conducted over Facetime, run through a personalized and private session (55-minutes) that works with your goals in mind. Training sessions can be conducted in your home with minimal equipment or at a residential gym. You'll recieve immediate coaching feedback and demonstrations.
