What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Iron Mind Coaching because I saw a deep need for accessible, holistic support that helps people break through internal blocks and heal from the inside out. My own journey through growth and mindset work inspired me to help others do the same.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure everyone’s safety, I’ve transitioned fully to remote sessions via Zoom and phone. This eliminates the need for in-person contact while still delivering powerful results. I also offer flexible scheduling so clients can stay consistent without risking their health.
