All potential clients get a form with questions on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle history. We then set a zoom call to review it together and see if we are a good match for eavhother. If yes, we began the process passed on the clients goals.

Assessing first, choosing the right exercise and nutrition program for them, seeing their lifestyle habits and setting daily, weekly and monthly goals and reassessing, keeping them accountable each day and week to make sure we are on the right path.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Exercise, nutrition and daily habits. Everyone know to exercise and eat well BUT the biggest "secret" is as a coach, to keep you accountable :)
What do you love most about your job?
Helping other realize their full potential. How strong they actually are, teaching them about exercise and nutrition, breaking myths, hearing them say how much they are actually enjoying the process and they never though they would so much, seeing them physically change and mentally being able to push more then they could of thought. I just love it so much and its such a natural high. And becoming friends with clients, building that trust and friendship is unbeatable.

Offering remote training, or if in person, we keep all equipment clean, wear masks and are vaccinated.
