I struggled through my life, living through the filter of anger, judgement, and impatience toward myself and in my behavior toward others.
Even with those I truly love. Once I learned how to function from a level 4 perspective, my relationship with my son and my husband was transformed to one of love and appreciation and I found that I was more powerful, and more successful in my business when leading with my heart and living through my values. I didn’t know just how successful I could be until I let go of my ego self and trusted in my Level 4 self.
When I let go of worrying about the transactions, rankings, being the best, and, offered an open heart and true caring toward others, my life was much happier, my business soared, and, I became more successful than I could have ever hoped.
It’s not easy to maintain, as during stressful times and challenging situations I want to fall back to my ego self and fall back to those old engrained patterns. Just like anything, I need to constantly practice level 4 consciousness in order to continue to live at this level and this book is one of those tools to be used to keep us practicing level 4 living. This isn’t a temporary behavior but a life style that transforms life into endless possibilities.

I almost missed meeting Al Killeen in the summer of 2014 as I was teetering on not attending a meeting where he was presenting.
As Al presented that morning I knew within a few moments that a spiritual influence had stepped into my subconscious on why I was to not miss the IMP presentation that day. The daily journey from here to eternity that began with Al’s presentation has continued to be enhanced over the past 3 years. Through the Level 4 experience I learned from Al; my relationships are enriched with my wife, family and others I meet in the walk of life.
The awareness and practice of a Level 4 identity beyond the daily grind of an ego based existence, helps to bring recognition, awareness and mindfulness to my relationships with everyone; that life can be simple, peaceful and purposeful when present in the moments of everyday.

What do you love most about your job?
I have the rare blessing of merging my productive and tangible, creative and theoretical, and spiritual/values drives into a highly effective and uniquely successful enterprise that transforms other people's lives in all domains of life. My job has been more than a job...like Belushi and Aykroyd in "The Blues Brothers", I feel like I'm "on a Mission from God". Or even more humorously, I often joke with clients that I am blessed to have a job where "I get to love people for a living without having to be a hooker."...
What inspired you to start your own business?
I built a previous company up for 10 years (a mortgage company) and after successfully growing it, sold it to a group of Bankers for a 6,000% profit over startup capital. I was accordingly on a 3 year "golden handcuff" contract with the buyers to continue running it after they purchased it, however, they came in and fired all the Presidents of all 5 companies they had acquired after one year. Now out of work, I realized that I had spent my first 25 years in business working to make money and acquire a larger net worth while neglecting other critical areas of fulfillment. I decided to change the game and create what I could never find in all those years as a leader in business...a completely effective and profound guidebook and process for anyone to answer any question in life and business from the best place within themselves. So I did it... I created that process and it exploded. IMP has touched and transformed countless lives and organizations as a result, most significantly my own. Why? Because I now have the great and rare blessing of knowing why I was born in the first place...which very few people ever can convincingly answer for themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
They shouldn't....unless they are tired of the usual template of coaches and coaching that is ubiquitously what they will find out there in seeking a Coach. The people who choose to be supported by IMP and myself are tired of kicking the tires of theory and want to, once and for all, find a process within themselves that can answer their questions, provide them a bold and effective new relationship with life, and discover the unique gift that they, and they alone, have brought to the world. Of course. We have online training programs, as well as, in person 1-on-1. Coaching is done by phone or video conferencing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Educate them as to how best do so for themselves and their families, in whichever ways align with their personal belief systems that do not impinge upon the belief systems of others or endanger either party. We believe there is plenty of evidence and solutions that is widely available for anyone to curate their own personal plan to move forward.
