This is my go to salon. I have had a lot of traumatic experiences when it comes to stylists )they usually like to cut a lot more than I want). I first started coming here after I was really sick and my hair was really thin, I was apprehensive. Luckily I found DARCY, she is an all star stylist, she talked to me and made me feel so comfortable and I feel as if she really listened to me. And can I just say she is a color goddess! When she does my highlights and color I am blown away! She does my moms hair now too and WOW what a difference! She gets color and a Brazilian blowout treatment and wow she always comes out looking great. The salon itself is very clean and professional. Stevie is everything you could ask for in a stylist. She's very knowledgeable, and gives you honest realistic advice about your hair. My hair had been damaged from previous attempts at balayage, and she restored it to a classic healthy look. She's also very easy to talk to and kept me entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!! This was my first time visiting this salon. When I made an appointment the person on the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. On the day of my appointment, right before I was due to arrive, someone from the front desk called me to tell me I didn't need to park in the metered parking, they had parking in the back for me. When I parked, they had me leave my keys so they could move my car to let others out if need be. The reception area was very cute and inviting. I was immediately treated with a hello and friendly smile and within a minute the stylist was there to great me and walk me back to her chair. On the way back, I was surprised how big this place is! From the front it looks really small but that is an illusion; is really big and 2 stories. I guess the spa is upstairs and the salon is downstairs. Morgan was my stylist and she was very attentive to me and wanted to know what I liked and didn't like about my hair/style etc. we had a nice conversation throughout the cut and color and was VERY happy with the final product. She listened to me and fixed my hot mess. I would highly recommend Morgan and this salon; I will be back. Only negatives are for as big as the place is they could definitely use a larger parking lot BUT they are accommodating by agreeing to move your car for you and they don't accept AMEX. More...

Nice salon I have only been there once to see my hair dresser who just moved there her name is Stevie she does great work I have been going to her for about a year now and don't ever go to any1 else. She has done tape extensions for me that come out beautiful and no one ever even knew they were extensions so many compliments on my long blonde hair. I have been going to Indigo for years. I love, love, love my stylist Darcy Cole. She is an expert at her craft. I let her rip bc I trust her experience and love for hair styling no matter what you want. She is upbeat, funny, my therapist without her permission!, and makes you feel at home and happy to be there. It's a happening spot that keeps up with the trends of today and one more thing; they welcomed me with open arms and always do they first ask what may I offer you to drink or snick snack on delicious cookies... This rating is for stylist Caroline Palmieri -My fiancé and I needed to get spruced up for the big day - he needed the Ken Doll do and I needed a blonde balayage that shined all the way down he aisle. We made the appointment with Caroline in kind of a rush (because who doesn't wait until last minute before a wedding) but she was able to somehow fit us in together during the evening (pretty sure she stayed late...)She was super understanding about what we wanted and how we wanted to look. She did my color and did my fiancé's cut while I was processing. And gave me wine. So, bonus points. He looked fab. Short on the sides, long on the top, and the best looking human on the planet (I'm not biased or anything).Now...my turn.*Insert total relaxation emoji here* My rinse was absolutely delightful. So relaxing and an amazing head massage. 10/10 rating on that alone. She took her time for my color and cut and even styled me out at the end of it. I had long luscious locks of gold, and I was happy as a clam. It looked perfect for the big day...we both did. I got my hair cut by Darcy recently and I'm going back for her to color it soon. The salon is beautiful and there's a really nice vibe going on. Darcy was awesome, she's very friendly and charismatic and she gave me a great clean cut that styles beautifully. I've been growing out my hair forever so I wanted to keep it as long as possible and I was worried about how much she would trim off. She is an attentive listener and showed me how much she would have to trim to get rid of the dead ends before she started cutting. When she was done my hair didn't look one bit shorter but it looked SO much better and healthier without the raggedy ends, I'm so happy with it! We talked a lot about color and she gave me her card and asked me to email her some pictures of what I want to achieve so she can look at them before my appointment. Stevie knows hair! at age 40+ I've sought help from many stylists for my fine curly hair. More recently I enjoy the keratin treatment to help me wear it straight. Upon my first visit she helped correct a bad hair cut and color but first walked me thru everything she recommended to make sure I was informed and involved in the changes. This place is adorable and has a great vibe, you can tell people are happy here! The hair salon and cute boutique is on the main level and to my surprise a gorgeous, serene spa on the second story. Total gem! They also serve complimentary beverages and cookies! Double points for cookies, because who doesn't love cookies?! Especially when they're free! I go to Stevie for my hair and I can't say enough good things about her. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her craft, but she always does a thorough consultation and gives me her honest advice, which I appreciate! She's also hilarious so it makes for some pretty interesting conversations when I'm there for a few hours while my hair processes. I'll continue to see Stevie for the years to come! I've had MANY facials in my years but the experience from Teri Beaulieu that I have is beyond a  "great facial". Teri has over 20 years experience and she still simply LOVES what she does and it is only obvious due to the care and meticulous job that she does. I feel like a million dollars  when I leave there! I'm not an avid poster on Yelp but, I thought, how can I share this with others ...duh, YELP about her! She is honestly just AMAZING! Thank you Teri for loving what you do and being the best at it! I've been coming here since I moved to Hillcrest, and I will only let Abby touch my hair. She's professional, talented, funny, and a wonderful person. I'm shy and have trouble opening up to people, and it's really great to have such a wonderful person as my stylist. I was referred to Holly for a massage. I upgraded to a deep tissue massage, which was one of the best massages I ever had. Holly was very intuitive and took her time on the areas that needed attention the most. I usually go to the Chinese Foot Spas for the $20 or $40 1 hour massages, but since my massage with Holly, I don't even want to waste my money or my time there.  The spa space itself is above the hair salon and there was no noise that carried up into the spa area. Ashley does an amazing job on hair and makeup !  She takes the time to figure out what you want.   The last time we did balayage which I was nervous to try for the first time but she spent a lot of time and effort.   When my ends weren't picking up the color,  she did a treatment to help my hair and I'm glad she did.   She also asked if I wanted layers because I had breakage in the middle of my hair and I'm happy she recommended it.   She's personable and professional.  Thanks Ashley . I've been seeing Amanda for over a year and will never go to anyone else! My color is always perfect and she has recently talked me into extensions which have been such a fun experience!
