This place is mind blowing. They serve it to you , the Buffett. So many flavors you’ve never thought existed They will give you a bottle of water then really fine rice, then the sauces , maybe ten, curries galore. You’ll think you were out of the country. These people will serve you like you’re a cousin. Try this once. Fennel to chew at register . More...

Oh. My. God. Good. GREAT!!!This boneless chicken tandoori is ridiculously tender. Its truly amazing. Flavor is amazing. Rice is amazing. Sauce is amazing. I am kicking myself for eating it for the first time today despite living nearby my whole life.NOTE this restaurant does not play around with spice. I ordered hot and got HOT. Unlike a majority of chinese or ethnic restaurants where you have to emphasize the spice level. More...

Wonderful food! Arrived around noon today. Many Indian buffets are bland with no spice. The food at the Indian Masala Restaurant had a lot of flavor and just the right amount of spice for me! Good selection. Best food I have had in weeks! All five of us in our group really enjoyed the meal. Seating area is pleasant. I didn't use the bathroom so I can't comment on that. The staff were friendly. The only minor disappointment was that they served soda in cans and I prefer soda from a tap. They have different foods and serving styles available on Fridays and weekends, so call ahead if you need to know. More...

I liked the place. They had a nice ambience, wonderful, traditional banana leaf meal for a right price. But I wouldn't say it's very authentic, but if you really don't know the south Indian taste, you won't find big difference. The cashier didn't give me the receipt and she couldn't give me even after I asked for it. I had no idea how my bill came to be so big even after tax and service charge. More...

One of the few authentic Indian cuisine based restaurant in the Twin Cities area, serving from both the flavors of South and Northern styles of cooking. Respecting the original tastes of the dishes from their respective origins, chef has done real justice to the dishes. Most recommended is their "Banana Leaf" lunch where the experience is complete. Have seen this types of restaurants in other cities with a huge Indian population like Dallas, DC, Jersey & SFO. First of its kind in Twin Cities and truly a good one. A must try is their Goat Curry with the lunch buffet and also a special order of the Chennai Chilli Chicken. Buttermilk was awesome too. Overall worth for every single cent spent :) More...

So far my fav for Indian food around here. Want on a Monday expecting to order my fav chicken tikka Masala. Found out they don't serve menu during lunch because it's slow and instead have buffet. I ended up trying everything on the buffet. I liked all but two items (personal taste of course). But all the food was so amazing. Went back up 3.5 times. They also had delicious fruit dessert. Price was good at $12 a person (pay that much just for a single dish normally). P. S. The chicken tikka Masala was incredible and way better than last place I went on grand Ave. More...
