I have a boxer which does not have much confidence l. We were struggling to find the best method to calm her down and give her some peace. I attempted to work with three trainers prior and unfortunately their tactics did not help us. Aaron was extremely patient and worked with her. We are so proud and happy to see the results. She is a bit different than other dogs. With that said he was able to teach us ways to resolve the issues. If you are on the fence, just do it, you will not regret it!!!! I cannot recommend this program highly enough! I was very unsure about shelling out so much and having my dog be away from home, but right from the start Aaron put our fears at ease. Aaron is so helpful and explains things so clearly, never giving up or getting discouraged (with the dog or client).

We had used three other trainers and were close to giving up after our dog nipped a friend. I'm so glad we didn't because it turns out all we needed was a trainer who is willing to invest the time and energy in making sure we know how to engage our dog in the best way to help him be successful at home and in the community. Aaron helped our dog reset. He reviewed the basics our dog knew and taught him how to just be chill (a totally new experience for our pup).

Our dog came home so relaxed, trained, and ready to be part of the family. Now, weeks after the board and train our dog is still doing so much better!! What really makes Aaron worth the investment is his willingness to continue supporting our dog and family. We are very pleased with the training that Cooper got from Aaron and Inline K9. Cooper was a 15 month rescue, lacking confidence, exhibiting guarding and separation anxiety issues, and lacking any social skills. In addition, he takes meds 2X daily for seizure control. Aaron had an immediate connection with Cooper. It was an easy decision to send Cooper to the Inline K9 training/boarding program. We got regular updates and videos and then had several in person meetings towards the end of the training to ensure future success for Cooper. Aaron and In Line K9 are fantastic. We adopted Lucy and quickly knew she needed intensive training. After calling numerous different trainers and hearing the same sales pitch my conversations with Aaron were exactly what I was looking for. Aaron communicated clearly about his methods and was the only trainer to offer upfront pricing. He treated me like a person, not just a potential client.

He also explained that his services are not based on a specific amount of days, but on when the dog has mastered the skills. If a dog is stubborn or hard to train he continues to work with your dog until they are ready at no extra cost. Every other trainer I talked with this would have cost an extra 500-1000 dollars a week. His program accounts for the fact that not all dogs learn at the same rate and what we are paying for is not days, but a well trained dog. His job is complete when your dog is ready. Not based on a set number of calendar days.

Lucy has returned to us a completely different dog. She is still a puppy and has puppy tendencies but she now knows how to listen. My dogs, Cow and Mocha, have been back home with me for a little over a week and I am still shocked at how amazing their behavior is. I will be the first to admit that my relationship with my dogs was not the healthiest. They ran the household and had began resource guarding me to the extent that we could not enjoy a neighborhood stroll, dinner with extended family members, and Amazon drop offs were hellish.

I was getting concerned that the resource guarding would lead to an altercation with another dog or an attack on a person/child. I reached out to Aaron and he was very thorough in explaining his training methods and provided us with the assurance that our dogs could be trained to become dogs of the world!

Each of my dogs had unique needs and at their core they both needed socialization, obedience training, and potty training. Cow needed to work on his confidence and was super scared of everything. Mocha was adopted by us a week before going to boarding school and she is an energy filled cooky puppy that needed reigning in.

Aaron worked with each of my pups and provided them the time, training, and lessons they would need to succeed. Mocha was ready to learn from day one but Cow was a whole other situation. It took him weeks to come out of his shell and overcome his fear. and Aaron did not give up.

Some of the specific things that convinced me to do training with Aaron was his training philosophy, dedication to quality training regardless of the time it took my dogs to learn, knowledge of obedience, willingness to answer questions, and his level of professionalism. During the training he remained in constance communication with me and this eased my anxiety in having my pups being away. He also made the transition back home seamless and equipped us with the knowledge we needed to succeed with training at home. There are no words for what Aaron has done for me and my family. We signed up for the advance board and train and It was life changing. Our golden retriever was becoming difficult for us and even jumping on kids and knocking them over, but Aaron came to our rescue. There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for Aaron and his team! I struggled with my one year old mix puppy who developed fear and anxiety. It had gotten so bad that I was unable to even take him out of the house for walks around the neighborhood, he would bark anytime he heard someone nearby, and wasn’t following commands.
Out of desperation, I did my homework and researched several dog training companies. However, In Line K9 stood out to me and even more so because of Aaron’s quick responses and flexible availability. We had an in-home consultation where he was able to get a first hand look at Mickey’s troubled behavior. With my permission, he also brought a dog over that he trained and this was his “role model” so I can get a look at a before and after. Because of how severe Mickey’s anxiety had gotten, we opted for the 6-week program and I’m not going to lie, it was the hardest thing for me to not have my sidekick around me all the time. However, it did align with travel plans so it made sense on our end. During the 6-week period, Aaron and Elizabeth did a great job with keeping me updated on his progress and overall well-being. They sent pictures and videos and it made me feel so much more at ease.
Once Mickey was back home, it truly was a night and day difference. Walks are effortless, I take him to all my brunches and dinners, and he tags along to all of our shopping places.
Even after training is over, Aaron still keeps in touch and we’ve done a couple of sessions for maintenance.
