What do you love most about your job?
What I like most about the job is being able to provide our client-partners with a sense of security in knowing that their assets are protected, which helps them go about their lives with better peace of mind. Because the security industry evolves quickly and has several disciplines; for example, loss prevention, executive protection, consulting, investigations, and many others, there is always a challenge and something new to learn.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business is a small part of establishing what I consider a piece of the American dream. However, it's most rewarding to provide employment to hard-working individuals who are trying to provide for themselves and their families.
Why should our clients choose you?
At Impervious, we are laser-focused on customer service and choosing the correct employee for the right assignment. It is not enough to provide just anybody to fill a position. Long-term customer satisfaction dictates that an employee should have the skill set to manage the expectations of the assigned position effectively. Therefore, we strive to cultivate and place employees in situations that are better suited for their particular skill set. A security agent that specializes in loss prevention apprehensions is not automatically the best person to conduct an executive protection assignment.
