What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Helping clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system and seeing the impact of our work—whether it’s reuniting families, securing work visas, or achieving permanent residency—gives me immense satisfaction. It’s not just about the legal work; it’s about being a part of someone’s journey to realizing their dreams and building a better future in the United States.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was a deep desire to provide a more personalized and client-focused approach to immigration law. I recognized that many firms treat cases as just numbers, but I wanted to create a practice where each client feels truly heard and supported. I wanted to build a firm that not only excels in legal expertise but also genuinely cares about the outcomes for the people we serve, ensuring they have the best possible experience during what can be a challenging process.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us because navigating complex immigration applications requires more than just knowledge of the law—it demands creativity, expertise, and experience to craft high-quality evidence that meets the stringent requirements of USCIS. At ImmiVisa, we treat the preparation of your application like an art form, meticulously assembling a compelling case that highlights your strengths and achievements. We go beyond just filling out forms; we work closely with you to build a narrative that truly resonates, ensuring the best possible outcome for your application.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we provide our services online and remotely, using all major video meeting platforms, phone calls, WhatsApp, and more. Since U.S. immigration law is federal, we’re able to assist clients no matter where they are located—whether across the nation or around the world. Our flexible and accessible approach ensures that you receive the same high-quality, personalized legal support as if you were sitting in our office, making it easier for you to navigate your immigration process from anywhere.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our clients safe during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned to fully remote consultations and meetings, utilizing video conferencing platforms, phone calls, and digital communication methods. While the situation has evolved and COVID-19 is less of a concern in 2024, we continue to offer these remote services to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients, ensuring that they can access our legal support from anywhere without compromising on safety or quality.
EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW)
The EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) is a self-petitioned immigrant visa (e.g., green card) application for advanced degree (or exceptional ability) professionals whose work has the potential to significantly benefit the United States.
Unlike other EB-2 visas, the NIW allows applicants to bypass the labor certification process by demonstrating that their proposed endeavor is of substantial merit and national importance.
ImmiVisa assists with crafting and analyzing application materials for successful NIW applications.
E-2 Treaty Investor (Visa or Change of Status)
The E-2 Visa is designed for investors and entrepreneurs from treaty countries who want to start or manage a business in the United States. At ImmiVisa, we provide comprehensive support throughout the entire E-2 Visa application process, from initial eligibility assessments to the preparation and submission of required documents. Our experienced attorneys assist clients in crafting a strong business plan, securing the paperwork to demonstrate necessary investments (including escrow accounts and entity creation) mock interviews with former consular officers, and navigating the complexities of immigration law to maximize their chances of obtaining E-2 status and successfully establishing their business in the U.S.
Adjustment of Status
Adjustment of Status (AOS) allows individuals already in the U.S. to apply for permanent residency without returning to their home country for visa processing. At ImmiVisa, we guide clients through both family-based and employment-based AOS applications. Our services include a thorough review of eligibility, assistance with completing and submitting all necessary forms, and representation during any interviews or requests for evidence. We focus on ensuring a smooth transition to permanent residency by managing every detail with precision and care, whether through a family member or an employer sponsor.
Permanent Employment Sponsorship (EB-2 and EB-3)
The EB-2 and EB-3 Visas are employment-based immigrant visas for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities (EB-2) and skilled workers, professionals, or other workers (EB-3). At ImmiVisa, we provide end-to-end support for the entire process, including PERM labor certification, wage determination, recruitment efforts, and filing the ETA-9089 form. We also handle the I-140 petition, consular processing, or adjustment of status applications. Our team ensures that each step is meticulously managed, aiming for a seamless path to permanent residency based on employment.
H-1B (Change of Status, Change of Employer, Concurrent Employment, Consular Processing)
The H-1B Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that allows U.S. companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations requiring specialized knowledge and a bachelor’s degree or higher. At ImmiVisa, we guide employers and employees through the complex H-1B process, including determining eligibility, filing the Labor Condition Application (LCA), and preparing and submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS. Our team ensures all documentation is accurate and complete, maximizing the chances of approval and helping employers secure the talent they need to drive their businesses forward.
O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas
The O-1 Visa is a nonimmigrant visa for individuals with extraordinary abilities in fields such as science, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who have a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry.
At ImmiVisa, we assist clients in showcasing their extraordinary talent through meticulous preparation of evidence, including recommendation letters, documentation of awards, and other relevant achievements. Our team navigates the complexities of the O-1 application, ensuring that each client presents a compelling case to USCIS for a successful visa approval.
Marriage and Fiancé Applications
The I-130 and K-1 visas are pathways for bringing family members or fiancés to the United States. The I-130 petition is the first step in helping a relative immigrate to the U.S., establishing a qualifying relationship. The K-1 visa is specifically for fiancés of U.S. citizens, allowing them to enter the U.S. to get married within 90 days. At ImmiVisa, we guide clients through each step, from gathering required documentation to navigating consular processing, ensuring a smooth process for reuniting families and loved ones.
L-1
The L-1 Visa is designed for multinational companies to transfer employees in managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge roles from an overseas office to a U.S. office. At ImmiVisa, we assist businesses in navigating the L-1 process, including preparing and filing the necessary petitions and ensuring compliance with USCIS requirements. Our services cover both L-1A for executives and managers and L-1B for specialized knowledge employees. We help streamline the transfer process, enabling companies to bring key talent to their U.S. operations efficiently and successfully.
EB-1A Extraordinary Ability Visas
The EB-1A Visa is for individuals with extraordinary ability in fields like science, arts, education, business, or athletics, who have achieved national or international acclaim. At ImmiVisa, we help clients navigate the rigorous EB-1A application process by carefully assembling evidence of their extraordinary achievements, such as awards, publications, and memberships in prestigious organizations. Our team ensures that the petition clearly demonstrates how the client meets the high standards required, offering a streamlined path to obtaining permanent residency for those at the top of their field.
