Nearly a year ago, after trying out Shopify & Jumpseller, I came across Wordpress and thus Themify. I read more about them & their Themes and decided to switch because they were so awesome. So paid for my theme and days later read quite a few reviews on Google. Back then the reviews were not good at all and I was like omg! I’m no way an expert, I mean 0 knowledge really about all this so not sure what’s going to happen. But I decided to stick with it and give it a try (mainly because I already made the payment) Well, my experience with Themify has been absolutely FANTASTIC!! Their support team is 5 stars plus!! Most of my support has come from Amit and he is such an excellent support both at resolving issues and response time. All the issues I have encountered have been resolved successfully and super fast! I just can’t stress enough how good they are. Mind you, as I said earlier, I’m no expert what so ever at building website but not only Themify’s themes are user friendly (one just needs to concentrate and put a bit of time to it) but their support team are always there for you which is so great because you don’t get frustrated which prevents you from giving up. As mentioned above I’ve been with Themify nearly a year now and that’s when I decided to write a review as I wanted to check out how they would be, support wise, for an extended period of time, not just the trial period or a couple of months. This is the most feature rich theme in wordpress today! And the fact that in most cases your desktop version is quickly mobile ready is something most other themes miss. First time I heard about Themify was from my best friend. She just had a new website created with Themify and she was very enthusiastic about the simplicity and design possibilities of the theme and recommended that I should also rebuild my websites with Themify.
