I had a series of Ayurvedic consultations with Kyra Sudofsky that were really wonderful. I highly recommend Kyra to anyone (both those new to Ayurveda and those who may already know a great deal about it).
Kyra helped me identify my dosha and identify manageable changes I could make to achieve more balance in my life and more vibrant health. Kyra does a very thorough evaluation and listens in a completely non-judgmental way. She also really met me where I was, offering very personalized recommendations and not encouraging me to make changes that were too drastic to be achievable.
Kyra is incredibly knowledgeable about Ayurveda and has excellent, well-grounded recommendations. More importantly, Kyra has a very healing, positive, and therapeutic presence and one feels better just from talking to her.
I highly recommend Ayurvedic consultations with Kyra; I think I now see and understand myself and my health in a new way and am excited to continue implementing her suggestions.
