Initially we had excellent communication when we booked Iconic Image for our wedding. However, about 5-6 months before I reached out and had significant difficulty getting ahold of someone. Once I did, my question was answered and communication seemed to improve as the owner gave me a direct number. A month before our wedding I reached out again to learn how to design our photo strip and choose our backdrop. Again, I had to reach out multiple times before I heard back. On the wedding day I was glad they showed up, because I was terrified they wouldn’t due to the inconsistent responses. The attendant was so-so, but my guests were able to make the most of the photobooth. However, the package we paid for included phone delivery of the photos and electronic downloads of the photos. The guy they sent was extremely rude and didn't know how to set up the photobooth properly. We offered to move tables and he acted like that wasnt the problem. The pictures weren't good at all. Iconic Image Photo Booth was wonderful! We chose them for our wedding and everyone enjoyed themselves with it. We went with a digital photo book and have access to all the photos and boomerangs throughout the night. In lieu of actual props, we went with digital ones and our guests seemed to enjoy those maybe even more than physical ones. Adam helped us decide on a backdrop and created a great overlay for the photos with our names and wedding date. He was friendly, professional and helped us decide on which package best suited us. Due to some uncertainty at the time of our wedding, he was offering to hold on payment until we were certain we could proceed as planned. He also offered to open the photo booth when our guests arrived and then close it during dinner to first dances and then open it back up after and not charge an idle fee. We used Iconic Image Photobooth for our wedding last weekend and they were amazing! Albin was easy to work with and kept the booth running smoothly. They had fun props and I loved that our guests could use the booth as many times as they wanted, and could get a picture to keep each time, and we got a copy of their picture too! The best photo booth experience in Cincinnati! We met Adam at a bridal show and were immediately impressed with the flexibility and customization of the photo booth. A few things we really love about them: - Open photo booth (so you can have larger groups photographed) - Customized prints & backdrop - Huge assortment of props - They printed out doubles of everyone's photos and made a guest/photo book for us! Having a photo booth for our wedding was the BEST DECISION we made!!! Working with Iconic Image was a breeze and they made sure to capture everything I asked for! ! We received a photo book with a copy of every strip, and our guest's got to leave us a note to go with it! We got the best keepsake a girl could ask for from our wedding!! Getting to see our guests funny photos was definitely a major next day highlight! The day goes by so fast and seeing these strips stops time for a few minutes for you to relive that day!!! It let's you see behind the scenes because you can't be everywhere the entire day. Iconic Image Photobooth was a great addition to my daughter's wedding. The guests of all ages had a great time. There were so many props to choose from! ! A lot of people went back to the booth several times because they enjoyed it so much. We chose the photobook and magnetic frame options so she had a copy of everyone's photo and they could leave a note in the book and they could take a strip home with them in a frame. The backdrop was perfect and matched our color scheme. Adam and Albin were very helpful from beginning to end. They took care of everything!! Working with Iconic Image was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Adam and Albin were great to work with and made sure everything ran perfectly. My guests had a great time with all the props! There were so many to pick from. The photo strip was beautiful and great quality! I chose to add the photo strip guestbook and frames with the photo book. The guestbook was great. I was able to keep a copy of my guests’ photos and see all of the wonderful pictures. It even had a place for my guests to sign or write a message. I used to magnetic frames as one of my favors. I received so many great comments about the photo booth from my friends and family.
