I cannot recommend Vladimir enough -- he has helped me grow tremendously as a leader, operator, and communicator. He helps boil down nuanced culture and leadership principles from the "fluffy", ethereal stuff to structured, defined systems and principles.

Sometimes it's as simple as assigning labels to what we'd call common sense, which helps define and reinforce this knowledge in actionable ways. Sometimes he introduces new thinking frameworks that challenge my view of the world and provide a new perspective on dealing with people, relationships, and company processes.
